Universal T/TA Strategies
Universal Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) is the TA Center’s primary strategy for reaching a wide audience with a broad range of information on what works. This technical T/TA is broadly available to anyone who wishes to participate. Each universal T/TA strategy has accompanying short-term and intermediate outcomes to determine impact and effectiveness:

UNIVERSAL TA STRATEGIES
National Conference Call Series, National Training Institutes, Topical Documents,
Web-based data & resources, Presentations at meetings |
- Expanded knowledge/dissemination of national goals and implications for policy and practice
- Expanded knowledge development/dissemination of SOC framework and its operationalization
- Increased knowledge of new service technologies
|

The National Conference Call Series evaluation assesses the quality and satisfaction associated with each monthly topical call via an online evaluation form. Participants rate the presenters, content, and indicate how they plan on using the information from the call.
The National Training Institutes evaluation focuses on the quality, usefulness and organization of the sessions, and the materials. As the TA Center’s largest training activity, the Training Institutes enables the Center to reach a wide audience, impact upon individual knowledge, attitudes and behavior, and move systems to improve services and supports for children with mental health issues.
